We found this lovely place through Google while killing time before going to Gatwick. What a lovely warm friendly welcome! The friendliness was capable, from the staff and the people using the cafe (a lot of people appear to know each other) - a really lovely feel. Then there's the food. We were surprised by the quality. The breakfast menu is extensive & the quality is far beyond what we expected. This cafe is well presented (even the toilets are clean& fresh!) and the food we had seemed far more upmarket than it's presentation would suggest. Thank you for a lovely lift to our day (after a disastrous start). We are keeping this cafe in mind & may make a point of travelling there just to enjoy the food & atmosphere againless
Worst breakfast ever had not cooked enough..if anyone wants to pay more money for worse food it's the place. A small portion of beans with a worse coffee and a bacon will cost you £10.here....less
Superb and tasty breakfast, generous portions and all freshly cooked. The staff work very hand and are extremely friendly. We were Celebrating a Special Birthday for one of our party of six people and the staff kindly came and wished our friend Many Happy returns with a cake and candle. Love this cafe, a great stop whilst walking along the Worth Way.less

Visited this morning for breakfast. Unsurprisingly it was busy, (at 9.45), but managed to get a table outside. Ordered food inside, (although it appeared table service was available given one of the waitresses attended the table next to us). I was surprised how reasonably priced the food was - one sausage sandwich, a breakfast, a full breakfast and drinks for under £25. Despite it being as busy as it was our food arrived in a timely manner and there was plenty of it, (I don’t take pics of food, so you’ll have to take my word for it!). The only down side for me was the tomatoes were canned ones rather than fresh ones - a minor point and my personal view. It certainly doesn’t rate giving them one less star for that and I’ll return soon.less
